Another 2 wonderful things happen yesterday, we met legendary chef Fergus Henderson,who wrote nose to tail eating which was a bible book if you are a interesting chef, and also I have been given a Thai Basil that is spicy and savory flavour notes remind me of Taiwan. I was so lucky , lucky , lucky
昨天導覽另外幾件美好的事情,在英國餐廳st john 碰到我偶像神廚 Fergus Henderson , 他是國際知名餐廳st john 創始人,國際名廚來倫敦指定地標,他引用古食譜創造了現代版牛骨髓配麵包搭配酸沙拉這歐洲經典菜,他其實中年罹患巴金斯症,雖然行動不變但他依舊熱衷與煮飯,教學,寫書,覺的熱情讓人變美好真好
另外就是收到加入導覽朋友陳佳佳賢慧嬌妻又是園藝達人,她送我一個像台灣的九層塔小盆栽讓我回家種,還教我各種撇步 ,甚至到怎麼摘葉子,真是大感謝
很珍惜這些藝文活動給我生活上的驚喜和人的交流,讓我更有動力
