Another 2 wonderful things happen yesterday, we met legendary chef Fergus Henderson,who wrote nose to tail eating which was a bible book if you are a interesting chef, and also I have been given a Thai Basil that is spicy and savory flavour notes remind me of Taiwan. I was so lucky , lucky , lucky
昨天導覽另外幾件美好的事情，在英國餐廳st john 碰到我偶像神廚 Fergus Henderson , 他是國際知名餐廳st john 創始人，國際名廚來倫敦指定地標，他引用古食譜創造了現代版牛骨髓配麵包搭配酸沙拉這歐洲經典菜，他其實中年罹患巴金斯症，雖然行動不變但他依舊熱衷與煮飯，教學，寫書，覺的熱情讓人變美好真好
另外就是收到加入導覽朋友陳佳佳賢慧嬌妻又是園藝達人，她送我一個像台灣的九層塔小盆栽讓我回家種，還教我各種撇步 ，甚至到怎麼摘葉子，真是大感謝
很珍惜這些藝文活動給我生活上的驚喜和人的交流，讓我更有動力
